UnitVane reads billing in FOCUS, the FinOps Foundation's open specification that AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and Oracle Cloud all export. AWS CUR 2.0 is converted, Kubernetes allocation comes from OpenCost, and anything else can be uploaded or pushed as FOCUS rows.

Connectors

Read access to the exports you already have

Connect AWS Data Exports in S3 with a role and external ID, Azure Cost Management exports in a storage account, and the Google Cloud billing export in BigQuery. Each connector has a checklist that confirms access before the first load.

Each load is written to a staging table, then swapped in by source and billing month. A provider restatement replaces the month whole. Every file is archived as received, and every run is listed with its rows, billing periods and FOCUS version.
